Is the device going to be mainly android, or iOS, or agnostic more or less? Last time I ran keras model on ios, it’s quite a bit of work using their converter, etc, etc.

Do I as a machine learning engineer have to know JavaScript? Isn't python sufficient?

You don't *have* to, but being able to train or infer models in the browser can open up some interesting new scenarios...
