Can someone pls tell me what difference it makes if he had licensed firearms or not? Someone w/ licensed firearms can still be apt to kill... Someone unable to get a licensed fire arm, can still acquire a fire arm by other means... Do gun laws matter? Murderers don’t obey law.

You’re right, a bad guy is a bad guy regardless of laws. If he was licensed the anti-gun groups & politicians use this tragedy (like they already are) to ban guns/create laws. When he is unlicensed/illegal then they shouldn’t & wouldn’t be able to do that. But they still will.
