Here's a Christian nationalist image from the Jan. 6 attack that I hadn't seen. This is one of the gallows erected near the Capitol. The insurrectionists wrote on it as if it were a yearbook: “Hang them high,” “In God We Trust,” “God Bless the USA,” “Hang for treason,” “Amen.”

Anybody know if I got the number of gallows wrong? Was there only one?

Reminds me of this German executioner's sword. The inscription means, "For the Lord is righteous" or "Because the Lord is Just". Comes with a little gallows of its own too.
