    I have had a couple of telephone discussions with John Scott about the Mental Health Act review this week. Although I do not have the experience to be on the executive , he is interested in my tribunal transcripts and wants to meet up early next year to discuss my thoughts.

    I hope to get lots of votes tomorrow in West Dunbartonshire constituency. A bishops' letter has been publicised in my church asking people to vote for Christians. I also thought there was a good picture of me in this week's Dumbarton Reporter. Results usually about 3am

    About 30 people turned up at Dumbarton hustings last night. They were all people who were prepared to give up their evening to improve our town. I listened to what they said and my solutions are in next week's Dumbarton Reporter.

    Election hustings tonight at Concord 7pm. Hopefully more people will turn up than at Clydebank on monday when only 26 in audience, vast majority of whom were party members. I shall be criticising SNP & Labour apathy in monitoring NHS failures.

    I am standing against abortion in West Dunbartonshire. Our MP Martin Docherty voted for it. . I would like St Patrick's Church to be supportive of this.

    I have decided to stand in the Westminster election on December 12. I am the only candidate that lives in the area. That tells you everything. The council is corrupt. Myself and Jim Bollan are vilified for raising complaints.

    European Team Chess Championship 2019, with participation of 72 teams coming from 40 European federations, opens today in Batumi, Georgia! The first round starts tomorrow, and the event takes place in Hotel Sheraton from 23rd October-3rd November.

    when are they going to arrest people for abuses in Christie Ward, Vale of Leven, Alexandria, Scotland ? . Hospital now closed, abused patient burnt it down as they would not listen to him.

    @scotcharitreg why not investigate ? they do not follow procedures . they do not allow freedom of speech , irregularities in democracy etc

    Is having 3 lawyers on the group equitable ? Bit like a tribunal. I thought patients/carers were at heart of decision making . I offer my services to the group to even up the numbers.

    The Commission has been calling for law reform for some time. The announcement that our chief executive has been appointed to a role at the heart of the review team is very much welcomed.
