It's telling us that those in the middle have not gotten a pay raise in DECADES. Minimum wage should be $20 if it were adjusted for inflation.

Middle class isn't min wage, never has been. The poor still need that 99c burger Paying burger flippers $20hr will cut those jobs via automation and raise prices. Those are entry level, unskilled jobs, not meant to be a career. They don't deserve more than a forklift driver makes
