Per @AFP Vienna - "The continuation and further development of the DPRK’s nuclear programme and related statements by the DPRK are a cause for grave concern," said a report by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) seen Tuesday.

Yeah, those of us who actually study East Asian geopolitics knew that Trump was being played. Again. He’s an incompetent amateur.
-
And previous Presidents weren't? How do you suggest we handle NK?
-
1/You don’t cancel joint military exercises with allies to practice interoperability when you get nothing in return. Especially now that N. Korea has reached high yield breakthrough as their last nuclear test clearly demonstrated. Obviously they no longer need to conduct
-
2/warhead tests anymore. We know their test facility collapsed in any event so it’s “destruction” was kabuki theater. Trump claimed he got an agreement, which was obvious idiocy. You certainly don’t give N. Korea a major diplomatic coup and get nothing for it. No, previous
-
3/Presidents didn’t make that kind of bush league error. They certainly didn’t capitulate like Trump did. Trump created a situation where the pressure was taken off N. Korea and now China and Russia have a much freer hand to align with N. Korea as they have. You’re dismissed.
-
Previous Presidents have allowed NK to develop their nuclear arsenal but Trump is to blame? Trump has been warning about this for the last 20yrs+ China and Russia have always been influential in the Region. Do you believe n Military action?
-
No past president gave NK EVERYTHING THEY WANTED FOR NOTHING IN RETURN, canceled the joint exercises that keep us safe, and then declared that we are safe in the face of all evidence to the contrary. JFC & mute.

Thank God other countries are watching since we can't count on the Russian in the White House or any of his comrades.

Trump has calculated NK probably wont attack the US in the short time he will be Prez. So rather than do the hard work of actually eliminating the threat, he simply proclaims he's done it. Now's there's 2 competing versions of "the truth." That's all he wants. (see also the Wall)

Key words/names here...UN and Watchdog. Zero credibility from either. Neither went into NK to meet, talk and sign A DEAL....did they? NO! So, we are officially moving into the next story....
-
So you're suggesting that we should just accept
@realDonaldTrump 's version of events and ignore any independent reports that NK is still developing nuclear weapons? Is this version of nuclear policy called "Trust, and don't verify?" Zero credibility from@POTUS . -
Q. Did you read the report? Apparently NOT. This isn't about Trump. Only YOU have Trump in your head, because in the report. IT SAYS NOTHING ABOUT
@realDonaldTrump In the report it specifically says the IAEA has not been in the country to verify. It's a headline you feel 4

It's funny because there was literally no reason to think they would, even in a world where NK stuck to their word because they never claimed they would stop.
