Hm. Working on EXPLAIN for JIT. It's kinda cool to have EXPLAIN (JIT IR|asm). But is it actually useful?

Well, the output is really long - right now I just have a GUC to dump to a file. Also, explain.c doesn't display every explanation, so it makes the change a bit annoying...

That's what I'm talking about ;) The issue is that even simple expressions generate not so tiny output... IR is usually bigger but easier to read than asm.

Or do you mean EXPLAIN JIT /* string */, which'd have a nice explainer about what's going on with the expression? If so, no ;)
