I still haven't gotten a callback twice promined. I waited for support via "chat" for four hours - and then that was quite unhelpful. I cancelled the order finally, and that was not confirmed to have taken effect for more than 24h.

Cancelling did seem to coincide however with sales contacting me with an alternative offer that would be quicker to ship...
