This is very true. "Why should we give you money?" "People are using our stuff!" "What evidence do you have of that?"

In Cloud-Land not only do you know how many people are using your software, you can tell what features they use and how often, whether they're hitting errors... it makes it vastly easier to write good software and make good decisions.
