My podcast interview w @NoahRFeldman about his great new book on Madison. We focus on Madison's changing (and fascinating) views on national security, presidential power, civil liberties in war, etc. over JM's career from founding father to president.http://www.lawfareblog.com/lawfare-podcast-noah-feldman-madisons-three-lives …

That's surely true. I guess I've outgrown blogs then. Or spend too much time producing my own blog, which could never work as a podcast.

Why choose? The podcast w Noah took only 45 minutes (plus the time of
@van_sauter's great editing). Many people prefer to listen rather than read. And then the next day one can write something. Marcy you should consider. It's a complementary format. It's easy.1 reply 0 retweets 4 likes -

My resource limitations are an order of magnitude more significant than Lawfare's.

Marcy podcasting on lawfare. That'd kinda make some heads, including probably Marcy's, explode. Joking aside, having some more IC critical people on
@lawfarepodcast sometimes wouldn't hurt. The 702 reauth stuff was a bit one sided.2 replies 0 retweets 1 like
Yea, listened to it. Didn't want to imply the discussion is totally one sided. But there were a lot of cases, in writing and on audio, where e.g. strong statements about quality of oversight were made, where reasonable counternarratives exist.
