Sure, without a D house majority or bigger revelations nothing's going to happen WRT impeachment. But that doesn't mean pointing individual violations is naive. And I think that's a pretty significant subtext of this, and some related, threads.

For one pushing back against violations can, sometimes, slow the movement of the Overton window. For another, raising & persisting awareness of these violations is going to be one part of a potential change in house majority.

Not naive, but losing sight of the true nature of problem and solution--namely, political (Congress) not legal (courts). Imo, collusion good example. My sense: Many now see issue thru legal lens. I feel like this is mistake.
