My grandma passed early this morning, she was 95. She was my hero, and I want to tell y'all a little about her.

She had 10 kids, raised them pretty much on her own on a small farm in Texas. They love her so much, we will all miss her.

She was the strongest woman I've ever known and taught me how to work hard and not take no for an answer.

She was the most loving, accepting person I've ever known. The hardest working woman you'll ever meet.

Anyway, that's all. The world lost a good woman today. Keep the Husemans in your thoughts and prayers.

I was curiously enough already thinking of you yesterday for a bit when noticing there's a Husemann street in Berlin (albeit with two n's).

:) Germany is the Huseman homeland! I'll have to track that street down.

Left Berlin again (on plane back to US) already, but it's a nice street, ending in a park, w/ plenty restaurants / bars.
