If the Fox News account of the complaint is correct, it's continuing an interesting pattern: The president's campaign is suing media outlets over opinion pieces critical of him, not news reporting. That alone makes it less likely the campaign will prevail.

Both DC and GA have anti-SLAPP statues that look to this non-lawyer that they can be interpreted to cover these suits? I realize there's some federal/state law issues that I don't understand. At what point is it the right thing for media orgs to start filing anti SLAPP motions?
