Ugh - I feel like every time I make progress with running I suffer a setback. Threw out my back after some travel about 2 weeks ago and just getting back to normal. Have been back to walking in the meantime but I’m scared to start running again. Hopefully seeing a trainer soon.
Not quite as efficient, but much nicer on the knees: A decent-ish bicycle and a somewhat hilly area not too far away.
