So does Paul Sperry go to prison? If not, there’s no reason to have a Whistleblower Act. Unless he’s got the wrong guy.

Technically only the ICIG is prohibited from disclosing the WB’s identity, as I laid out here: https://www.politico.com/news/2019/10/09/trump-ukraine-whistleblower-attacks-043567 … And yea it’s a big problem with the act, according to WB experts

@AstorAaron A penalty for everybody to name whistleblowers seems like it'd run head first into massive 1A problems, no? Possible that you could cause problems for Sperry's sources, but I don't see how he could be prohibited from naming the whistleblower's supposed identity?2 replies 0 retweets 1 like -
