What about Brooks or Sullivan? In the econ sphere, folks like Roberts or Beckworth are interesting. I'm hesitant to call Cowen a conservative but still great for diversifying your reading...

Which Sullivan? Andrew? If indeed, I think he's imo quite unconvincing, and more so in his more recent writing. Similarly, which Brooks? David? Idk if he could be counted "conservative" enough. Most of his positions lately seem fairly anodyne?
