That they have better infrastructure for normal request processing is far from the same as having a decent, largely automated, harassment prevention / report handling system. That's *hard*, nobody really does it even remotely well. And Twitter has hemorrhaged a lot of talent.

And good manual, and probably at least partially pro-active, complaint handling is quite personnel intensive. And Twitter doesn't have that large an income stream IIRC.

You make excellent points. However, they don’t have enough income? You must be kidding me. Sure, they may not have the profits of other SV companies, which may hurt their feelings, but they certainly have enough real $ to hire quite a bit of talent. They just need to appeal
