Not in front of me right now, but if I’m recalling right, the Mueller indictment specifically described how the DNC files were compressed for exfiltration, which would seem to dispense with an argument dependent on file transfer rates in file metadata even if you trusted...

Not to speak of the fact that those transfer rates are entirely readily available to wide swaths of the (city living) public, even without compression. I'm sure the DNC still uses a modem uplink though, right?
