This is a cultural issue IMO. Warner is talking about a presumably unbelievably sensitive CI investigation. He needs to maintain a poker face.

@MarkWarner was wrong to tease like that. What I'm wondering about is what can be changed to make that less likely. Entirely possible it'd not have happened with a more credible HPSCI and fewer attacks on LE/intel, but I doubt that's enough. - 1 more reply
