Does anyone have a source for how German doctors are prescribing HCQ, if they are? Google is suspiciously silent.

Yes, as I wrote in another reply, off-label prescriptions were banned between early April and early July, so essentially during the peak in Germany.

It's the same in Israel. Prescriptions of HCQ off-label was banned in late March. Not sure if it was ever unbanned.
