@AndreaBarisani that requires root to setup. I'm really not ok with A) make test not working out of the box B) make test asking for sudo -

@FiloSottile this raises a discussion topic, in this day and age do we still value separation between privileged and unprivileged ports? -
@AndreaBarisani I'm willing to bet there are core systems that rely on normal users not being able to open some ports for their security -
