Ok... so you’re telling me the albums are being blocked because licensing partners, like @cdbaby on this case, want to block them?
That's right – blocking is one of the options a copyright owner can choose when they claim a content. You can check how content ID works here: https://yt.be/help/peVV
But if they chose to block it, why the copyright claim on YouTube states “Monetized by claimant” and viewing restrictions as “none”? It doesn’t make any sense.
