God forbid someone make a joke....Freedom of expression in the modern public square should not be infringed. These are monopolies and should be broken up and/or be subject to the 1st amendment.

Well guess what, this isn’t a public square it’s a private company who have terms of service. Crowder broke the terms and should be punished accordingly

YT determined that he had not broken the terms of service. I read that the clip was filmed 21 years ago, and the show was making fun of it. So, it's a bit taken out of context. I support free speech for everyone, even if I don't like what some people say. Cheers!

freedom of speech doesnt apply here... its a private business. youtube can do whatever they want its time to get off the first amendment in these conversations youtube can censor or not censor whoever they want.

So the conservatives are having trouble with the free market, and need the government to tell a private business to make accommodations for them? YouTube didn't exist before 2005, somebody else built that. But conservatives want to force their way on? They should build their own.
