What's the purpose of a non-theistic form of witchcraft? Sounds like a psych archetype sort of thing.
Someone might practice witchcraft while not seeking to give a theistic explanation for its efficacy (if it is actually effective), or for phenomena in general. So it is, in theory, entirely possible to be an atheist witch, as strange as that sounds.
Atheistic witchcraft actually makes more sense than theistic witchcraft, for witchcraft requires the illusion that you are the one producing the phenomena, which is much easier to maintain for the atheist than for the theist
