Sit this one out. It’s just the latest iteration of American manhood stuff from the early 20th century.

With the twist being that Jordan Peterson is Canadian.

I've spent the entire year avoiding Peterson, blockchain, and Yanni/Laurel. You can too!

This is the correct answer.

Considering his followers; just have an idea so you know who to avoid.
-
Yep. It's not about him, don't watch his boring lectures. But being aware of the phenomenon, the kinds of people he inspires, and the way they come in to defend him from criticism as if he's their supremely fragile God, is worth it. Manosphere shit.

You can skip that. He is a dude who eats nothing but beef and is likely constipated. Have some tea and watch videos of pandas instead.

I believe I first heard about him earlier this year and I can tell you to sit this one out and move on. He appeals to teen & 20 something white males who think they don't get laid enough & say Peterson is brilliant. He's not.

TL;DR - Jordan Peterson == Anders Breivik without the mass killings. The rhetoric is practically identical.
-
I saw someone make this comparison the other day, using examples from both, and the similarities are striking.
