To the billionaires, I say: Ask not what you can do for your country. Ask what you’ve already done to your country. Changing the world must begin with changing yourself.

He could make Amazon a decent ( not even good) place to work with working class wages. Ask any Amazon “runner” how much weight they lost?

as a side-note: Anyone else supremely annoyed by the way Corporate Media has to ALWAYS temper their critic of what is a significant but wealthy subject?! ‘well-intended’ my ass....let’s just say ‘in an effort to detract from my greed, subsidized & woefully under payed workforce'

All he needs to do is to start paying his workers a living wage.

It’s the misguided nature of philanthropists. Its noble to aide in solving the world’s problems but seldom do companies like Amazon start by cleaning their own house which would have a ripple affect encouraging their peers to do the same.

Maybe you didn’t catch my earlier comment on Bezos , pay a fucking living wage, first. And on top of that , improve the working conditions before you hand him sainthood.

With all due respect, my FC is clean, well lit and is temp. controlled. F/T employees receive good wages, monthly bonus, benefits and stock. Yes we have metrics but very obtainable with some effort. It is fast paced which is OK with me because it makes day go by faster.

Really, maybe you should visit your warehouses when the conveyers become jamed and conjested, when the temperatures are unbearable and you don't move at an appropriate pace. I don't know but 10-17 bucks an hour in those conditions. Oh, and benefits? GO on

Leo works in the same warehouse that I do, so we've experienced conveyor jams. There are measures in place to make that happen as little as possible, and if it does, to fix it as quickly as possible. It's impressive. And the temperature has been warm, never unbearable
