JUST IN: North Carolina has surpassed 80% of total 2016 turnout and nears 4m votes, according to data provided by the North Carolina State Board of Elections. That means almost 53% of all currently registered voters in NC have already voted in the 2020 election.

No, we did not do mass mailing of ballots. We have no excuse absentee voting, but you still have to request it. The only thing that changed this election is you only have to have one witness instead of two.
