This is the best tofu I’ve ever made. Double freezing it is the secret… tossed in cornstarch, chili crunch, paprika, garlic, soy sauce, and the smallest amount of szechuan.

I had the amazing opportunity to last second build a set for a commercial… I built the entire store, the fan wall,and the beach scene. I worked 77 hours building in 6 days getting it done and I am now exhausted.

Paula Scher just gave a remarkable talk at my school. I found it quite remarkable that she designed all the graphic design work for Microsoft using a Mac.
