Of note, Mueller publicly testified on July 24. He could have answered rather than obfuscated. He did not - and unshackled, the next day Trump openly asked Ukraine's president for help in the 2020 election.

Thinking at this moment how Robert Mueller failed the American people. As bad as the Ukraine scandal is, the stuff in his report was far worse and dangerous to our elections and democracy. He had a moment after Barr's lies in public testimony to clean it up. He did not.
