I am convinced that if the Senate votes by secret ballot- then we have a chance. The (pre)vote to determine procedures is ONLY A SIMPLE MAJORITY VOTE (51 votes)- If we can get ONE Senator (maybe Collins or Romney) to add that to the procedural vote, we have a shot.
