Right, because he went through due process and a jury trial where there was evidence and actual rape. A little different than a story of minors at a party where rape didn't occur and all we have is her claim with no evidence and no witnesses. Read a little. It helps.

There are witnesses & there may be evidence. But we won’t find that out because GOP & Trump won’t allow an FBI investigation as requested by the accuser & others. If Kavanaugh is innocent, then he should be all for an investigation.

What witnesses? Everyone who has come forward has since recanted. And it's not a federal crime thus not FBI jurisdiction.

There were four witnesses who have come forward initially and since come back and recanted...so last time I checked my math 4 - 4 = 0. Just be honest...you want to push the law and due process aside because you hate republicans and you hate Trump. Just be honest.

The burden of proof on the prosecution not the defense. The defense doesn't have to say a word. That's the law. You can google.

I don't know. But I really don't see the racial thing with Cosby. I don't think he was mistreated by the judicial system. He got away with it for many years, even though a lot of people had some inkling of his proclivities, including possibly his own wife. 3 to 10 is nothing.

Thousands of white priests who raped children - REPEATEDLY - for decades - living comfortably - not one is even being prosecuted, let alone jailed. And you don't think race is an issue?

Incorrect to say NONE are being prosecuted or jailed. What has any of that got to do with Bill Cosby? He had multiple accusers over several decades & no one did anything til last few yrs. There are plenty of cases with race a big factor. I don't happen to think Cosby is one.

Thousands of priests. Decades of public knowledge. Church has names. And the black guy goes to jail. I'm not saying he shouldn't - just saying if he was white, I don't think he would. Oh, and 20 women accused Trump - not even an investigation.
