Can you add the mini player feature on the tablet app I use it a lot on my Samsung phone would be nice to also have it on my tablet

Android and iOS apps have the Miniplayer, so you should see be able to use it on tablet as well!

I have a Samsung galaxy S7 and i would go to the seting then general and would see the option to turn on and off and when i go to the same pplace on the youtube app on my Samsung tab E and do the same I do not see the option

MiniPlayer is activated by sliding your screen (while your device is facing upright) from top left to bottom left

Bottom right*. In fact there is an arrow button that shows up at the top left which also allows you to use miniplayer.
