Universal but not free....everyone paying taxes pays 4.1% of their gross income to the National Insurance Institute (Bituah Leumi) who transfer the same amount to the Medical Aid societies . If someone does not work....the universal health care is completely free.

if you are going to the trouble of producing a film to promote the wearing of masks, it might be prudent next time to ensure that the masks are being worn correctly to ensure their effectiveness, you might also advise people to shave off their beards

They are damn uncomfortable even over a 4 day Arafat stubble and don't work well At all especially the N95.
