    So I finally decided to finish what was started as a kid. I finished my first adult confirnation class last week. It's been a long path as a secular agnostic. I really loved it so far

    Holding people accountable for what abortion is , is what writers should do. Even if its controversial. We should think hard about issues like that.

    I find many left wing writers views on economics abhort and harmful to my well being. Those beliefs also contribute to poor outcomes. I don't demand they be fired.

    I am stunned that this is only penetrating the left now. The admission is against interest. We were telling anyone who would listen this wasn’t about homophobia in its immediate aftermath.

    This article makes a convincing case that I (and others) were wrong to portray the Pulse massacre as being motivated by homophobia:

    This isn’t that big a mystery. The Pulse nightclub attack came as Trump & the GOP were arguing that the Obama administration had done a lousy job in fighting ISIS and containing the threat of terrorism. The homophobia explanation diverted the discussion.

    “We,” meaning the left. Conservatives insisted that the facts suggested Islamism. Because we understand the ideological nature of the threat.

    Facts matter. It now appears that the attack on Pulse nightclub was more Islamist and less homophobic than we thought. And that an innocent victim of spousal abuse sat in prison for a year because we wanted to have a politically convenient narrative about the horrific murders.

    This is a great data point for the genetic superiority weirdos that have flared up on Twitter lately

    5) If you look at finding 2, it shows that Black women earn more than white women and are going to college at a higher rate than white men when you control for parental income. This is significant in that it proves there is no intelligence gap between blacks and whites.

    Eventually, yeah. Used to be lots of people who said slavery was good. But they went away, like the women shouldn’t vote people and the the Jim Crow is good people. The gay marriage will ruin society people are nearly gone. Society makes great strides of progress.

    What is the point of “Philosophy” which is the “love of wisdom” if you can’t change your opinion on something after being informed by philosophy? On a side note, we still need welders... & plumbers, truck drivers, electricians etc etc etc
