#s386 supporters are announcing that @SenatorDurbin has come to some sort of compromise with @MikeLeeforUtah. Based on their recent debate on the Senate floor, that doesn’t sound good for ROW immigrants, or any industry other than tech.

I would support it with a change in counting derivatives and an increase in EB visa numbers for the first time in 30 years, plus some other provisions. Removing only EB per country caps is not about equality.
