Sounds consistent with Shell. It feels like many of the euro majors have truly made the jump to resigning themselves to low carbon, post oil (though not too soon) world. Not all though, and US counterparts, while more enviro minded than they used to be, not there yet

If Jim Rogers (on board of 1631 funders (The Nature Conservancy) and a partner at Stonepeak Partners) is fine with tax on "carbon content" (CO2? CO2e? Just C?) then it's probably a good thing for gas and LNG overall.
