Talibs aren't allowing food & fuel to get into Andarab valley. The humanitarian situation is dire. Thousands of women & children have fled to mountains. Since the last two days Talibs abduct children & elderly and use them as shields to move around or do house search.

I'm most disappointed in India.India has a military air base in Tajikistan right next to Panjshir. It can easily send in military supplies to Panjshir. If Northern Alliance was a Pakistani ally,they would have already received military supplies by now, trust me. India is too shy.
