Would love a write up of from both! Think there's a stigma that this works when you're a small company, but not if you're hundreds or thousands. Timezones seems to be an issue though. How did you solve that

Can't wait for the podcast Matt! If we can figure out effective and wholesome remote work, it will unfailingly solve some of humanity's greatest challenges (healthcare, access to talent, access to capital etc), connect free markets and equalize the playing field for all.
