How would have America reacted to covid in 1920, 1960 or 1970? Why do we react differently now (if we do)? Today: No memory of what life was like b4 antibiotics, more expectation of "safety"...your thoughts?

Because of the internet and advanced telecom, the college-indoctrinated managerial elite didn’t have to risk their jobs w/ a shutdown, w/ job losses largely confined to small businesses and lower paid workers.
