Yes ... also to include the Abominable 16th and 18th Amendments during the neo-fascist Wilson era. Of these three Abominable Amendments, 16, 17, 18, only the 18th was repealed thus ending Prohibition. The 16th yoked Americans to the IRS and its so called “voluntary” taxes ...

The 17th Amendment took away an important aspect of the Founders’ Federalism that balanced power between the States and the Federal Government. Repeal the 16th and 17th Amendments, like we did to the 18th to end Prohibition.
