Ms. Shlaes you’re giving lawmakers too, too little credit. We all know that they can be tremendously stupid. For the overwhelming majority of them are walking examples of the Peter Principle.

There is already little education in Chicago public schools. No SAT tests,no History, Math dumbed down and most students can't read at there level. Nice work.
