Does COVID-19 affect hearing? I think I just heard Art Laffer say he was a "1960's Kennedy Democrat." Extreme, not even sure what to call it, irredentism?

The reasons behind the tax cuts, & why they worked were completely different. Impact on consumption (demand) versus incentives to produce or work in the supply side. They were intellectually at odds. The notion that Heller, Okun or Tobin had anything in common with Laffer is nuts

Hey, I'll support a return to 1960s tax rates. Especially the 70% tax on the rich.
