Hard to imagine with the feds taking $2 trillion out of the economy to be put back into the economy with political priorities that we haven't already crossed the Rubicon.
Repeat 2008 response or ensure a stronger recovery? Now is the moment to remind populace that markets, not bailouts, will bring better recovery faster. Two proposals: lower capgains tax (permanently); establish Flu IRAs.

Look at every chinese import that was made at the behest of a domestic producer and compare the cost of import versus domestic manufacture and add 20 percent to the manufacturing side. Margins for most products are quite slim so a 20 percent surcharge on production is detrimental
