Definitely Coolidge. Even Reagan and Trump, as hard as they tried/try, were/are infected by New Deal faith in government.

With all respect for Coolidge, the person I would want is Eisenhower. He was really good at strategic thinking and had the political ability to have widely divergent actors work together for a common goal. JMHO.
