Good point. I think one perceived difference is that mortgage holders have a house, but college graduates don’t have an education. That doesn’t excuse, but maybe explains the different sentiments toward the two.

Most university admins are top heavy and need a major cull... as well as some of their departments & majors that aren’t producing enough value for their tuition costs.
