Most med students who are depressed are depressed because they are stuck in a guild, whose restrictions make "winning" difficult. Solution: create second guild. Or have no guild. If that were the primary cause, wouldn’t we expect lower-than-average suicide rates after the “hazing” period the guild uses to limit members and increase their power?
It's a guild all along. Plus there's the govt/insurance paperwork, pretty darn fatal to a creative soul.
