How is this different than Chrome Safe Browsing/DownloadRestrictions settings?

Base SmartScreen and SafeBrowsing both block malware. The feature shown here goes further by optionally blocking downloads that contain potentially unwanted (but not technically malware) code-- think a utility app that also bundles in a crypto miner or notification spammer.

Very interesting. And welcome. Although I'm a little confused by the language. Is this an implementation of app reputation blocking (meaning any binary with low/no app reputation is blocked) or a more traditional feature that just blocks known PUAs?
-
In this case - known PUA.

Huh. My experience w/ the new Edge is that it's just Chrome with a different coat of paint on it. I didn't notice that toggle.

How can you have the last option on the picture? Can you show how to appear it?
-
You should have it if you are on the latest Edge beta build.
