I'm nearly 60 now! Periods started in an English lesson when I was 12 - we'd had the 'talk' by then. Used to have very painful periods, lots of painkillers...sorry: nothing funny in that!

Period is a natural thing and we should understand and guide the starters. The older whoever and wherever, the younger girls need us. The younger aren't experienced and they should be encouraged always not to be embarrassed.
