I don't think the fire blankets that are being used are going to provide sufficient help to protect the trees. I can provide a better solution, but don't know who to contact. Please retweet to get msg across and save Sequoia.

I know these fires are WAY worse than what these trees are used to, but are they not fire adapted and even require fire to open their seeds?
