In Michigan’s primary, 2,225 ballots were denied because there was no voter signature on the envelope, 1,111 votes were discarded because the voter moved to a new address after submitting the ballot, and 846 were discarded because the “voter was dead”.

In Fairfax County, VA one voting group sent out pre-filled absentee ballot applications to voters asking them to then postmark the ballot to City of Fairfax, not Fairfax County where the official Election office is located.
